I was met by a wonderful librarian who had everything organised right down to the last cup of coffee and glass of water and… you should have seen the balloons! What a selection! My audience of 450 pupils (not all at once) was terrific. They were very friendly, asked brilliant questions and laughed in all the right places This year I had World Book Day at the Marches School in Oswestry.  I was met by a wonderful librarian who had everything organised right down to the last cup of coffee and glass of water and… you should have seen the balloons!  What a selection!  (Oh yes, you can see some of the balloons in the picture.) My audience of 450 pupils (not all at once) was terrific.  They were very friendly, asked brilliant questions and laughed in all the right places.  Although I left exhausted, I drove home with a happy memory of Marches School.
